The new AWS SDK for Kotlin has been designed from the ground up to give developers a familiar Kotlin experience. This includes expressive DSL builders and asynchronous AWS service calls via Kotlin coroutines. In this session, Ian Botsford will demonstrate the essential use cases for working with the library. This will include configuring the library, using various APIs for making the calls to AWS services, handling failures, logging, pagination, asynchronous calls, and event streams. We are also going to peek under the hood to learn how the library is implemented to support the immense number of AWS services and APIs.
