Hayleigh Thompson discusses the design of Lustre, a Gleam web framework inspired by Elm, React, and Erlang's actor model.

Designing The Lustre Web Framework (with Hayleigh Thompson) Lustre is a web framework that takes a lot of inspiration from Elm, some from React, and a surprising amount from Erlang’s actor model, to provide a library that blurs the lines between executing on the client, or on the server. On “Which functional or language with functional features for web dev?”

I am not a fan of all-bells and whistles frameworks so not super heplful here. Gleam + Lustre still stands. Again haven't used it but here is a podcast interview from the author: link to this video People swear by Elixir + Phoenix, but being Phoenix fans, not sure I got a good balanced opinion.
