What people say. Recommended as an immensely helpful lecture series for learning how to implement dependent types.

On “William J. Bowman, Ph.D. - Compiling with Dependent Types.”

If you prefer lectures, Stephanie Weirich's lecture series is there on YouTube which was immensely helpful for me. I think it was called Implementing Dependent types or something Edit: link to this video

On “Monthly "What are you working on? How is it coming along?" thread - Happy New Year! - January '18”

I found that tutorial really helpful. There's also this series of video lectures.

On “Does anyone have good papers to introduce oneself to dependant types?”

Software Foundations, as mentioned elsethread, is an awesome introduction to theorem proving (and programming) with dependent types. Freely available online. If you want to know more about implementation of dependently typed programming languages, there's a series of lectures by Stephanie Weirich on youtube: link to this video This uses the toy dependently typed language pi-forall: https://github.com/sweirich/pi-forall For suggestions about the theory see other recommendations here, I'm not qualified to add anything to that. Besides, the subject seems to be inherently rather chewy.
