What people say. Recommended as an elegant demonstration of using a type system to provide a typesafe API for relational algebra.

On “Want to see if I get it right: Data-data relationships”

Standard Chartered have an internal library for relational algebra, which sounds like a very elegant and direct solution to the problem. Lennart Augustsson and Marten Agren wrote a paper about it in Haskell 2016, but I couldn't find the paper online. The talk Lennart gave is up though: link to this video Typed relational algebra sounds pretty exciting to me!

On “Is there any language with a built-in SQL like Table/View data structure?”

Not sure why you'd need a special language for it. With a sufficiently expressive type system, you can provide a typesafe API to relational algebra over simple runtime data structures, see e.g. link to this video (paper at https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/2976002.2976016)
