Rivaan Ranawat teaches the fundamentals of the Dart programming language, including Dart 3 features, for absolute beginners.
In this 8 hour course, we are going to dive into the Dart programming language. This course is designed such that beginners, programmers with coding experience in some other language and non programmers are able to follow along. Flutter uses Dart and allows one to build apps for iOS, Android, Web and Desktop with a single codebase. Thus, it's important to master Dart before jumping into Flutter. As a result, this video is Part 1 of the Flutter & Dart Beginners Course For Everyone! Dart 3 is also covered in this tutorial and is fully updated as of 2023! **No Programming Experience - Dart**
If you have zero experience / knowledge of programming (meaning you don't know what a variable is, don't know the difference between an int vs. double vs. string, don't know the difference between a function and a class, etc.), then you would do well to start with a Dart beginner's tutorial just to build some familiarity programming more broadly before jumping into Flutter.
I came to Flutter/Dart from other languages so never used a Dart specific course I can 100% recommend. That said, the Dart documentation is a good place to start if you learn well by reading. (LINK) If you start with the "Introduction" and move your way down through the sections…

On “Say your opinion about Jose Portilla's new course on Flutter”
I just checker it and seems solid. I haven’t taken any course from him, but I can recommend Maximillian course. He updated it recently (may), and he’s a really good instructor.
But before learning Flutter, I highly recommend starting with Dart. Here’s an updated courses using Dart 3 that I’m following: link to this video
