On “Thoughts on MBED OS?”

I think it's quite likely mbed is ARM's attempt to break Atmel/Arduino's dominance in the hobbyist/maker market. Having said that, I wouldn't mind using it in a professional setting. I've recently been looking at PlatformIO, and they have a pretty cool thing going on. Check out this video, showing off debugging an mbed application from within VS Code.
