Konrad Kühne introduces Datahike and the Datalog ecosystem, demonstrating how to query and manage data using logic programming in Clojure.

Konrad Kühne told about Datahike, and the Datalog ecosystem, with a live demo of using Datalog to work with data. github.com/replikativ/datahike lambdaforge.io/2019/09/20/datahike-release-0.2.0 slides: lambdaforge.io/assets/slides/2019_10_14_scicloj/datahike.htm… Followup comment by Konrad Kühne: After watching the Q&A again, I noticed that I understood a question about recursion not completely. I thought the question was about unbounded recursion like in Prolog which datahike doesn't support. But simple recursions can be expressed like in the following example: gist.github.com/kordano/39398882d99b46ebd61155fcb566872a text chat: tinyurl.com/yywaeqoq previous and next meetings: scicloj.github.io/pages/web_meetings/

On “Two thumbs up for Datahike, and why I'm enthralled”

One of the core developers of datahike here. Up until this summer datahike's difference to datascript was the hitchhiker tree and its persistence through konserve. Now we have new features like schema flexibility and time travel. You can read more about it on the release post or listen to my presentation at the scicloj community.
