There are a couple of channels on Youtube that have tutorials making simple games . Tensor Programming is one (Mine Sweeper Tutorial). Another channel is MTechViral, he's some nice tutorials and simple games as well. Also check out Flame \-- "a minimalist Flutter game engine". There are many other channels on Youtube that you can check out for ideas.
Also "Flutter Widget of the Week" videos are pretty good to learn about all the different widgets. Also check flutter-awesome repo for more resources. Good luck.
