On “How to get an entry-level job in FPGA design?”
>GPA was 3.3, I did one co-op last year but it was in a software role and I didn't get to do or learn much.
None of my internships had anything to do with FPGA but still included them on my resume. Make it sound as good as you can, they don't know that it sucked so make them think it was productive and challenging.
>Is doing more projects the only way to break into the industry then?
It's hard to get in for sure, 9 months is a long time though. Anything you can do will help but it's not a requirement. Something I learned recently was how to use the Zynq platform. This is a pretty good tutorial for it.
