GNU Hyperbole - HyControl, the fast frame and window manager for GNU Emacs

A demonstration of HyControl, a GNU Hyperbole component that enables rapid keyboard-driven control of Emacs windows and frames.

GNU Hyperbole is a free software add-on package for GNU Emacs for everyday, hypertextual information management. GNU Hyperbole speeds your creation, editing, viewing and searching of textual information both locally and across the Internet. This video does not introduce Hyperbole but demonstrates one component of it, HyControl, which offers rapid control of Emacs windows and frames on your screen via quick single key presses. HyControl lets you put what you want where you want it on your screen without much thought and entirely from the keyboard. Starting at 15:30, a few other Hyperbole features outside of HyControl are demonstrated. As time allows, more videos will be added to demonstrate the various elements of GNU Hyperbole. The Hyperbole distribution contains extensive documentation including an interactive demo of many features and a reference manual that can be read in parts, as needed.
