An overview of building a compiler from scratch for a custom language called max-- using C and C++.

I invented a language called max--, and wrote a compiler for it from scratch in C/C++. It was honestly really fun! It taught me a lot about C/C++ fundamentals as well as the inner mechanisms of a compiler, which turned out to not be as mysterious as I thought, but quite involved.
