What people say. Recommended as a practical demonstration of live-reloading code and managing state migrations in C.

For anyone interested in this: Tsoding (Twitch and YouTube streamer of "recreational programming") demonstrates this in one of his projects, where he hot reloads a dynamic library without interrupting the main program, to test different functionality. link to this video

On “Is it possible to link dynamically changing .so file?”

yes it's possible. unfortunately I don't know a nicer way to do it then calling the `dlopen()`, `dlsym()` yourself thoigh. here is an example.

On “C and C++ Hot-Reload/Live Coding”

There is a tsoding daily video with hot code reloading in C 0. He dicusses techniques for this. one of which is a "migration" approach, similar to database migrations. Where, for example, you have a version number in your struct. and a function for migrating from an old version to a new version. I don't think he implements it in that video though. 0 link to this video

Tsoding made a video about hot code reloading in C ( link to this video ) and also used the same concept in "My Own 3b1b Animation Engine but in C" ( link ).
