Why it's here

What people say. Engineers share this benchmark when comparing the real-world performance and resource consumption of Rust and Go web services.

On “What can't you do with Rust but it's fine with Go ?”

I'm not referring to a specific one, I've seen a lot and Rust has always beat Go with a large margin. But if I have to refer to one I'd probably be the one from techempower. https://www.techempower.com/benchmarks/#section=data-r23 This guy also has a bunch of benchmarks, very controlled environments, only thing that varies is the quality of the implementations, but there's a lot of benchmarks and they paint the same picture overall [video

On “Why is (concurrent) HTTP request/response handling faster in Go than Rust?”

After a glance I'm gonna guess it has something to do with spawning a thousand threads instead of using a threadpool, and go's runtime is doing some optimization there like you mentioned, might be wrong. On mobile, will try running it later. This reminded me of a benchmark video I saw recently, with results more in line with what you'd expect.link to this video
