On “advanced flutter”
I can't say I have messed around with redux on dart, but have played around with it in other languages. Wasn't too crazy about redux and have become a fan of the bloc pattern and this talk did a really good job at explaining the basics of Bloc and the flutter specific packages.

I will say Bloc can be over kill for some apps depending on the use case, which I also recommend watching this talk which walks you through simple to advanced state management if you think Bloc is too much for your use case.

On “Where to start to understand the BLoC?”
I was fortunate enough to attend flutter europe, I knew about bloc before and briefly what the idea is, but this talk (from the author of the lib) was really awesome (on of the best talks there imho). its well put together, he is fast, but followable.
Also previously what scared me from bloc was how boilerplatey/scattered/verbose it felt like. but since I learned about freezed my bloc related code is WAY more readable and intuitive. I have a VSCode snippet which generates the skeleton of something like this:
