…personal feedback. I also have this course through a Udemy business plan from my employer so I am not sure what the commercial price for the course is. If you are financially struggling or need to save money I would also suggest looking into TechWorld with Nana, a Youtuber who does really good courses on Kubernetes and many other technologies: [video…

Cannot reach service when using NodePort So I've asked the following question on stackoverflow and instantly got downvoted without any comments so I am asking this question here. Obviously getting any form of interaction there is very complicated. If there is somethings that I missed or missunderstood, please feel free to tell me! Anyways, so I followed this video to create the below deployment file. However, I cannot reach service when using NodePort and spent a few hours trying to debug this. While the container is running as expected when running kubectl logs <pod>, I am unable to reach: http://<cluster ip>:30100/<valid endpoint form container> Edit: I want to reach it locally wher…

On “Is kubernetes capable of handling multiple networks?”

…away VMs, vSwitch, turning things on and off, etc... Take your 3 VM's, throw them on a flat network, install ubuntu, and then get k3s installed, turn it into a cluster. Get familiar with using k3s, then once you know how, and replace your CNI, and setup an encrypted overlay. You can then apply policies on the vmware size, but you wont have to. [video [video Start here, and browse some of the youtube videos, "understanding kubernetes", then realize setting up k3s is a pain having to reinstall a whole bunch of times. Check out https://github.com/alexellis/k3sup, you can store your install commands, and delete/re-install in a few minutes. Once you have it up and running and have had…
