Authentication and Access Control using Node+Express+Passport I want to limit access to a service to people using my company's domain (which is through Gmail). I also want to create certain user groups/permission levels to limit access to certain pages. How would I go about doing this? So far, I've followed this tutorial series on youtube. My problem isn't so much logging in, it's limiting access to my company's domain and setting up access control. Any help is appreciated!

Hello maker the most popular authentication method for node is the oAuth. you can do all kind of authentications ie local-user, third party ( like fb ,ig etc ) and so on. if you're a beginner you might struggle with middleware and stuff [video I recommend you the following tutorial , it requires some prerequisites but this will help you get started right away. **quick tip** : if you get stuck somewhere , trace back to the point where you actually lost track, go through those concepts all again until you get a good hold of them and then continue.
