On “Suggestions for online courses”

Flutter & Dart - The Complete Guide, by Maximilian Schwarzmüller. It's not free, it's on Udemy, but he has part of it on YouTube. It took it and I definitely recommend 100%. He uses provider for the state management, I think everyone should learn it first before using other solutions.

On “Newbie!!”

I think Flutter is a very beginner-friendly alternative. I'd say you don't need to take a previous course on programming before starting learning Flutter. You'll need to learn the basics of Dart, of course. But again, you could learn them jointly. I recommend taking a look at the official web page first. Get familiar with the concepts, at least at a very high level. And try to follow the getting started tutorial. If you like courses, let me recommend this one. You can see the short version on YouTube or buy the complete version on Udemy.
