Hungarian folk dancers act out the step-by-step execution of the quicksort algorithm to illustrate how it partitions and sorts data.

Created at Sapientia University, Tirgu Mures (Marosvásárhely), Romania. Directed by Kátai Zoltán and Tóth László. In cooperation with "Maros Művészegyüttes", Tirgu Mures (Marosvásárhely), Romania. Choreographer: Füzesi Albert. Video: Lőrinc Lajos, Körmöcki Zoltán. Supported by "Szülőföld Alap", MITIS (NGO) and evoline company. Friend, I'm not saying you were wrong or trying to argue with you. Just pointing out that different people learn differently, and it's good to have different ways to illustrate and explain things. You never know when one kind of explanation may give someone an "aha" moment that they didn't get somewhere else. And sometimes it's good to do things like this just for fun. For example, my very favorite visualizations of sorting algorithms are the Hungarian dancers: link to this video (Turn the sound up to enjoy the music!)

On “Bubble-sort with Hungarian folk dance ”

Cool. I started watching the quicksort dance expecting it to be quicker, but was disappointed to see that their implementation is not parallel.

Obligatory: Quicksort visualized through Hungarian folk dance.

I'm pretty sure this is not going to be helpful, but it is somewhat relevant and a lot of fun to watch. haha. AlgoRythmics; Quick Sort visualized as a dance
