On “Why there is no reliable rich text editor for flutter?”

I have tried zefyr but gave up on it as it was too difficult to convert to my use case and was buggy. So I am building one from scratch now. Originally was looking at doing it very low level like this tutorial. [video . Now I think I will base it off of SelectableText.rich for the text portions https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/material/SelectableText/SelectableText.rich.html There are two widgets I think the flutter team should focus on. A rich text editor like this and improving the Flutter\_webview widget to remove bugs and add features. Both of these are needed for a ton of apps.
