Viktor Chlumský demonstrates how to solve a maze image using a GLSL fragment shader and a feedback buffer in Shadron.

This tutorial demonstrates how you can solve any maze in the form of a picture, using a GLSL shader, and a feedback buffer - a dynamic changing frame buffer, which allows sampling its previous state while rendering its new state. The process also produces a nice animation of the path being built as a side effect. Finished script: gist.github.com/Chlumsky/44d0dbecd6f263ddc8636e99fe267934 © Viktor Chlumský 2017 shadron.info

What people say. Recommended as an interesting demonstration of using parallel shader execution and feedback buffers to solve pathfinding problems.
