On “Looking for good tutorials for Kotlin Android”
…ight try is to start building some simple random apps and just filling in knowledge where you need it. Do that in conjunction with learning Kotlin in a more uniform manner to cover any gaps.
What my approach has been is to have some test project that I am working on, and then to watch/listen language overviews and developer videos close to bed.

Is that approach going to work for you? Who knows, but there probably isn't an easy approach. It's going to be a struggle to learn the way you want to learn.
There are good resources for people for going from Java to Kotlin (for obvious reasons), but there aren't nearly as many resources for people coming from other languages into Kotlin,…

On “Best place to learn Kotlin coming from C#?”
Coming from C# myself, I had the same thought myself as I learned Java as my first language and thought that the ratio of code vs. functionality was off.
I used this video to get an idea of the syntax, the functionality etc, of Kotlin. THEN I also used the language almost immediatly - otherwise I doubt that you will learn it.
So I had this app that I used to code in Xamarin (C#). But since it performed like a fish in the deserts, I re-coded the entire thing in Kotlin.

Derek Banas created a good 1.5 hr crash course on Kotlin link to this video It's nice if you'd rather watch a video than read the docs to learn the syntax. It assumes you have previous programming experience, so it won't go into teaching intro CS concepts.

The best single source of video content I found for basic kotlin is Derek Banas's youtube video on basic kotlin link to this video this is only the intro basics and is several years old, but it is what I used to oearn kotlin and I'd say it is a great intro video if you're a new developer.
