What people say. Recommended as an alternative to OpenCV for targeting hardware accelerators in embedded devices like security cameras.

Just to add, OpenVX targets accelerators in embedded devices. (An OpenVX playlist from Khronos.) It provides basic primitives for graphics transformations. OpenCV can build on top of that something more complex. But, the point is that OpenVX itself may be enough for some applications. There was this example of using it in security cameras.
