A Commodore 64 demoscene release streaming the Bad Apple animation at 12fps from a single floppy disk side.
Excellent C64 demo which is quite Amiga-like and demonstrates what can be achieved in just approximately 170k and a 1 MHz computer from 1982. Released in June 2014... *Rough quick capture* Credits: Code, Graphics, Design and Linking.... Algorithm Music.... Ukimenustah Loader.... Krill Algorithm on 29 June 2014 "This is pure 100% animation and was only created to show that it could be done... over 2000 frames packed to a single disk side on the c64. Each frame packed to around 70 bytes and running at 12fps streaming fully from disk!" Touhou - Bad Apple (With SID Audio) youtu.be/Y9aUChQmKSQWhat people say. Recommended as an impressive demonstration of extreme video compression and real-time decoding on 8-bit hardware.
