Anthony Robledo explains the differences between various Flutter animation classes and when to use each one.

Flutter has a robust Animation framework, but that comes with the cost of many of different classes to choose from. Anthony will go over the important differences of the various Animation classes, such as AnimatedWidget, AnimationController, Tween, and Curve. Then he will show some examples that use different various combinations of these classes. He will also show that many of these different solutions are just different ways to do same thing. Anthony lives in Brooklyn with his wife and 2 dogs. He has been at Google for 6 years and has worked in Cluster Management, Search Knowledge Cards, Cloud Monitoring Dashboards, and most recently, Material Design for Flutter. He has personal apps published in both the Google Play Store and the App Store, and loves Flutter as a cross-platform solution. His other interests are cryptocurrencies and Computer Science education.
